Mr. MD. Khalilur Rahman was the Managing Director of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited from 2015 to 2021. Mr. Rahman has also served as the Additional Managing Director of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited from 2013 to July, 2014, MD (CC) Up to February 03, 2015, Additional Managing Director of Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Co. Limited from 2009 to 2013, Mortgage Consultant of National Lending Corporate, New York, from 2003 to 2008, CEO of Rupali Exchange Inc.,New York, from 2002 to 2003, Managing Director of Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited from 1998 to December, 2001. In his glorious career of 41 years, he had worked in organizations like Southeast Bank Limited (Vice president, Head of Gulshan Branch), IFIC Bank Limited (Senior AVP), Bangladesh Shilpa Bank (Manager) in between the years from 1979 to 1998. Mr. Rahman completed his MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. Mr. Rahman is a member of Rotary Club of Dhaka Buriganga and IBA Alumni Association.

Mr. Jamal Uddin became the CEO & Managing Director of IDLC Finance in 2021. Prior to this, he was the DMD & Head of Business since 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector. Mr. Uddin joined IDLC as a Management Trainee in 1994. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Corporate Division since 2006, being responsible for the operations of the Corporate and structured Finance Department with a special focus on term financing and syndicated fund-raising for large local and multinational corporate houses of Bangladesh. He has done his BBA and MBA from International University (Karachi Campus), Missouri, USA.

Asif Saad Bin Shams became DMD of IDLC Finance Limited in 2021. Mr. Shams has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector. He started his career as a Probationary Officer in Eastern Bank Limited in 1996. Prior to joining IDLC, Mr. Shams served as Head of Policy & Risk Management in Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Shams joined IDLC in 2009. He took over the role of Head of Credit and Collection in 2009. He completed his Executive MBA from the University of Dhaka. He has an M.Com and B.Com from the University of Dhaka. He is the Director of IDLC Investments Limited and IDLC Securities Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of IDLC Finance Limited.

Mr. Syed Javed Noor leads the Corporate, SME, and Strategic Planning & Transformation Division. He is also in charge of the Digital Business Wing of IDLC FL. Mr. Syed Javed Noor took over the role of Deputy Managing Director of IDLC FL in 2021. Mr. Noor has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He started his career as Management Trainee in the Credit Division of Southeast Bank Limited in 2000. He joined IDLC Finance Limited in 2001 in the Corporate Division. Then he went on to serve Standard Chartered Bank in its Corporate Banking Division. Mr. Noor rejoined IDLC and worked in the Consumer Division prior to joining HSBC Bank where he worked as Head of Global Trade and Receivable Finance until 2016. Mr. Noor rejoined IDLC again in 2016 as Head of the Consumer Division. Mr. Noor has an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Dhaka.

Mr. Nurul Karim Patwery took over the role of the Head of Treasury in 2019. Mr. Nurul Karim Patwery started his career at IDLC in 2006 as Probationary Officer. During his career, he has worked in every wing of the treasury function at IDLC. Mr. Nurul Karim Patwery has over 15 years of industry experience in Treasury and Relationship Management with local and international counterparts over the passage of his career. Prior to taking over the role of Head of Treasury, he has served as ‘Head of Money Market Operations’ in the same organization. Mr. Nurul Karim Patwery completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information Systems (AIS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information Systems (AIS) from the University of Dhaka.
